AN ANNOUNCEMENT FROM GARRY MULLANEY:

I am pleased to announce two changes in positions within CHOC that will help make us more efficient while increasing our effectiveness.

CHIEF OPERATING OFFICER
Dr. Jamie Bellenoit, LMFT, is our new Chief Operating Officer with responsibility for Residential Life. This includes the development and review of individual treatment plans and House programs, the care and treatment of all residents and oversight of the milieu in the Houses. She will also provide administrative and clinical supervision of Clinical Coordinators, the Program and Treatment Services Coordinators, and our Certified Recreation Therapist. She will oversee the planning and scheduling of all Residential life activities and will be responsible for implementation of our strategic initiatives and coordination of Residential programs with Learning Center, CHOC and CSI staff and programs. She will oversee referrals, admissions and discharges and the requirements to fulfill PNMI, and she will interface with State and community agency personnel to assure all Residential responsibilities are fulfilled and promoted.

.CHIEF COMPLIANCE OFFICER
Cid Lewis, LMFT, Is our first Chief Compliance Officer with responsibility for CHOC Performance Improvement, strategic plan development and reporting, training and staff development that responds to the treatment needs of residents, COA compliance and State licensing coordination. She will coordinate plans of correction that keep the agency, our treatment services and our programs in compliance with State licensing requirements. She will assure that the agency is in compliance with all state and federal laws and regulations relating to the provision of services for financial reimbursement. She will also serve as risk manager for the agency, coordinating visual inspections across the agency and review of critical data recommending areas of improvement. She will conduct status reviews of certain programs and equipment utilization and develop equipment replacement plans throughout the agency.
