ATTENTION CHOC ALUMNI

Hi everyone:

We had a picture viewing gathering in late January. I believe it went very well. There were so many pictures explained and stories being told it was hard at times for me to keep up with the conversations. If you were not with us physically your ears should have been burning for we talked about you (all nice stuff, of course) when we saw your pictures.

The pictures cover a period during parts of the 50's and 60's.

Thank you Cindy for giving us your Sunday and allowing us to gather and reminisce. Your contribution to our group is invaluable. BTW, if anyone wants to look at the pictures in the future contact Cindy and your picture viewing time will be arranged.

May Zellers Preble (1955-1971)

In 2007, May Zellers Preble (1955-1971) initiated an effort to reconnect with former CHOC residents and formed the CHOCA (CHOC Alumni) Committee.  Her main purpose in doing this started with her own desire to reconnect with the people who were her childhood friends.  The Group hopes to reconnect former residents who would like to gather with folks that were at The Children's Home in their early years.  The committee is headed up by May Preble and is supported by the Development Office staff, Cindy Bartholomew and Sharon Graves.  Your information will be handled in the manner you request, and if you do not wish to receive regular mail or e-mail from CHOC, please state that.
