What a Christmas is was at The Children's Home! In celebrating the birth of the Messiah, the youngsters learned how much people care for them. There were parties and gifts and special meals and worship services and a tremendous outpouring of love from the community. On Christmas Day, Siracusa Moving and Storage once again sponsored a gourmet catered meal and presents for all children.

To everyone, on behalf of the children, thank you!

Unilever and the Girl Scouts of CT again set up a "mall" for kids to select presents for others, threw a huge pizza party, and gave out their own presents for the kids.

 

   

A team of employees at Aetna in Middletown made Christmas stockings and purchased presents for the Jr. Boys Unit.
 
The annual Carrier Party was again a huge hit with the kids. Here Santa arrives to bring gifts for each child.

High achieving students were honored at the TPC/River Highlands Golf Club with a beautiful lunch and spectacular Christmas gifts for all kids!

Volunteers from the Rook Retirement Community joined the staff to work on sorting the donated food.
     

All of this donated food was sorted into baskets that kids took home with them right before Christmas.
