Recruitment Procedures
When a position becomes available, the listing is posted internally first, and then advertised in newspapers and on this web site. The Human Resources Director, and/or her designee, reviews applications and resumes. Those applicants who appear to be the most qualified will be contacted for a screening interview. Following the initial interview, additional interviews may be conducted along with background and reference checks. These checks will include verifying education, previous employment, child abuse investigations, and a criminal conviction record check.

Once a position has been offered, all employees are required to obtain physical, drug screen and a TB test before they can begin work. School employees are required by law to submit to fingerprinting with the FBI.
