The Ropes/Challenge Course at The Children’s Home

Challenge courses have become an important tool for the development of groups and individuals. Through experience-based training, a catalyst for personal and professional growth is provided. Designed to take individuals beyond their own expectations or preconceived notions about their talents and abilities, experience-based training is an excellent means for developing leadership and team building.
The Ropes/Challenge Course at The Children’s Home is composed of elements that include group initiatives and games, a high and low ropes course, and a climbing tower.

Ways the Ropes/Challenge Course can assist your group:
• Staff Training
• Team Building
• Self-Esteem Building
• Communication Skills
• Problem Solving Skills
• Strategic Planning

The Children’s Home will work with your group to plan educational, fun and dynamic programs, providing an experience that can be transferred to challenges that we all face in our daily lives.

The Children’s Home Ropes/Challenge Course is professionally inspected annually by Northeast Adventures and was built according to the standards of the Association of Challenge Course Technology.
